Okay, I have been teasing something over the last couple of episodes, and today is finally the day. My new membership, the VA Income Lab, is officially open to the public. This membership, this community has honestly been kind of years in the making. And before I tell you how to join and all the good stuff that you get inside, I want to tell you why I built it in the first place. I have now helped over 1,200 moms start virtual assistant businesses and create this flexible income. And over the four years that I have been coaching, I kept seeing the same two things hold women back time and time again. The first one being that they didn't have a clear roadmap. I kept hearing from women all the time. I want to do this. I know I would be good at it. I know it would be great for my family, but I don't know where to start. I don't know how to actually go do it. So these moms were Googling one thing, watching a YouTube video about another, listening to a podcast, saving random Instagram posts, trying to piece everything together. And it was slowing them down because honestly, you don't know what you don't know. So when you're trying to just piece together different parts of the puzzle, you don't even know what the whole puzzle looks like, right? Which makes it pretty impossible to actually finish the puzzle. The second being that they were trying to do it alone.

Maybe you've been trying to do this alone. Maybe you've been sitting here thinking, okay, Laura, yes, you're right. I've been listening to this podcast and I've been saving posts on Instagram and I've been trying to piece this together on my own. And I honestly think that that's one of the biggest reasons that women give up. Because when you are sitting there staring at your computer screen again after Googling how to find clients as a VA for like the 8,000th time, you not only get frustrated and feel overwhelmed, but you start to question if you can even do this. You start to question your own ability. And you have questions that you have no one to ask them. And when you're in that spot, it's really easy to convince yourself that this just isn't gonna work and it's just not for you. I reached a point recently in my coaching where I so badly just felt this pull. And it sounds really weird and like woo-woo, maybe, but once the idea landed to create this membership, it was just like everything lined up and it all made sense. Because I've been craving as a coach to be able to offer women one place where you can come and learn exactly what to do. You can have all of my proven frameworks, all of the things I've learned through my experience of coaching of the past four years to help coach you even more effectively now.

You can get coaching specifically in your situation anytime you get stuck or have a question or are doubting or want feedback or clarity on something. And I really, really, really wanted to create a space that was a true community, right? Where moms have other moms and other women cheering them on, where I can be connected to my students in an actual community where we know each other, we've got each other's backs, and there's no competition, there's no judgment. It truly is just like women empowering women. And I wanted this space to be one that not only served moms at the beginning of their VA journey, but throughout their VA journey. Whether you want to approach VA work as a supplemental 1099 freelancer line of work, or you want to approach it as a full-on online business that's replacing a nine to five, I wanted to create this resource, this one-stop shop membership for moms, where you can have the community and the resources and the coaching throughout the entire process of getting started, building, scaling, and moving through for literally years to come as you step into the virtual assistant space. And that's exactly why I created the VA Income Lab, not as a place that's meant to be just another course. This membership is not meant to be just another source of information. It truly is designed to be a space for implementation, but where you get to implement while having support instead of trying to do it off on an island by yourself. And can I just say that the community inside this membership has already blown me away? It has already beat any expectation or hope that I had when creating this space. Because about two weeks ago, maybe three weeks ago at this point, before opening to the public, my past students got early access to this membership. So we already have 90 women inside. And over the past couple of weeks, I have gotten to watch this community organically come together, having women supporting and cheering each other on and offering encouragement when someone is frustrated and celebrating their wins, using it as motivation and inspiration instead of getting jealous, where they are genuinely helpful to each other.

I come in the membership twice a day, sometimes three times a day, and clear out all of my notifications. So I answer all of the questions, respond to everyone's posts. And y'all, it's so common that when I get in there, women have already asked questions in the gap of when I was in there. And when I pop in to answer a question, there's already four or five, six answers on there from other women in the community because they're showing up for each other. And when you show up for the people in your community, it makes it more fun and easier for you too. It helps you build your own confidence and keep your momentum going. And honestly, being in the community inside of the VA Income Lab has lit me up and just really reminded me why I love this work so much and why I'm so passionate about helping moms create income in this way. Because stepping out of your comfort zone, building a business, creating an income online is hard. But building one where you have people in your corner, including a coach who can guide you and eliminate the guesswork and bring the overwhelm down a whole hell of a lot, is completely different than trying to do it on your own.

And I am offering a founder's rate, which means that it's a reduced rate. It's going to go up immediately after these two weeks ends. And I'm offering this founder's rate for two reasons. First, because this is our very first public enrollment. And so I want women in here who are willing to hop in, take action, get shit done. And I'm going to reward you for that.
