I was doing episode planning for the podcast the other day, and I realized that even after publishing 50 episodes, I have never actually done an episode that just talks about and gives y'all insight into my signature program, the Superstar Assistant Academy, which would probably be very helpful information to have if you're someone who's interested in getting started and becoming a virtual assistant, but you know that you would like guidance and coaching from somebody who has been there and done that before you. So in this episode, I'm going to break it all down for you what SAA is, who it's for, why 1,200 plus women have used it to go from just thinking about this to actually signing clients and making money, some of them even replacing their income entirely. As well as the question that I know a lot of you think in your heads all the time is do I really need it to become a virtual assistant successfully?

 So the first thing we need to chat about is the problem that the program actually solves, right? What is the problem that you're having that I'm able to provide a solution for you inside of the Superstar Assistant Academy? And that problem, the reason why so many women stay stuck and don't move forward toward becoming a VA, despite how much they want to, is that they don't know what services to offer or how to price themselves. And the biggest one is that they don't know where to find clients or how to go about finding clients. So they will spend lots of time Googling all of the things, right? Googling, asking Chat GPT, trying to piece together random pieces of free information, which ultimately just leads to you overthinking every single step and wasting a lot of time, usually months of time, spinning your wheels while you're not actually taking any steps forward, you're not creating income. And for a lot of women, that's the end of the road. That's where they give up because it already has been too frustrating and too hard. And so this problem of feeling stuck often leads women to just throwing in the towel altogether. And for those who don't throw in the towel, they stick it out, they work hard, they're consistent, they go with it, they can figure it out on their own. It just takes a lot longer because in reality in life, right, we are always using one resource that we have or another. And so in this case, it's either that you're using more of your valuable time and energy to figure this out on your own, right? Or you're making a financial investment in yourself to preserve your time, to be able to do it quicker, more efficiently, and in a much less overwhelming and confusing way. So that is the problem that my program will solve for you, right? But how does it

 do that? What actually is the program? The Superstar Assistant Academy, y'all, is a self-paced, step-by-step program that, again, has been proven to work and be duplicatable by the over a thousand women who have implemented it and are making money and working with clients. This program shows you how to use the skills that you already have to be able to make money from home on your own schedule because it walks you through how to use the skills you already have, how to turn them into services that people need, how to price them appropriately, how to actually network to find and sign clients, how to schedule discovery calls, how to actually have the discovery calls, how do you prep for them? What kinds of questions do you ask on them? When do you follow up after one? It walks you through onboarding your new clients. So many women are so worried about getting the client and then they get them and they want to work together. And it's like, oh shit, what do I do now? What's actually the next step? We cover all of those things inside of the academy, plus so much more, all the business side, LLC information, business info, banking, and we have templates for all of the things. My goal as your coach is to help you work smarter, not harder. So we have contract templates, we have invoice templates, we have resume templates, literally all the things. And this program is not just like a theoretical, like, oh, maybe this could work for me. It has been proven to work when women work it, right? When they implement it, when they are consistent. This program is action-based. And we are not having you start from scratch. We're going to be building off of what you already know, skills that you already have, your past experience. And a little bonus here, a little perk is that it was built by a teacher, me, who knows how to teach. I know how to teach and set up these lessons and the structure of the program to have it actually make sense, be digestible, be applicable for you, and not be overwhelming or confusing. Honestly, that's one of my favorite compliments I get from women who have gone through the program who will message me and be like, yeah, I can tell you we're a teacher.

 The Superstar Assistant Academy, the program itself is fully self-paced. It is fully self-led. I purposely designed it that way because the whole point, right, the whole beauty of working as a virtual assistant is that you have time freedom. You have control over when you work and when you do it, and you can fit it into the pockets of your day. And so the program is structured to also fit into the pockets of your day and to be able to be done when it works for you in your schedule. You're able to move through it at any pace you want. We have women who complete it in seven days because they just dive in and go ahead first. We have women who space it out over a few months, but most often it takes women about 28 days to complete the entire program. And on average, they are signing their first client in about four to six weeks.

 So, how do you know if you need this program or if you don't need this program? I'm gonna break the difference down for you here and you can just see which side you align with. You might not need or want a program like the Superstar Assistant Academy if you are someone who genuinely loves figuring everything out on your own and you love the research process. Because if you love the research process and you have unlimited time, you have all of the time you want to give to working through this process, then it's fine. It doesn't bother you, I'm sure, to be asking chat all these questions and asking Google all these questions and piecing it together for the big picture. You also might not need or want this program to support you if you don't mind trial and error. If you're someone who is totally fine with failing your way forward to be able to make it work, then I mean, more kudos, hats off to you. That's how I built my VA income in the first place. I never had a coach, I didn't go through a course, I learned trial by fire, figuring it out as I went, making mistakes, some bigger than others, and learning from them. But that's a big reason why I wanted to create this course was so that I could save other moms that headache, right? And on the flip side of this, you do need the support and the resource of the Superstar Assistant

 Academy. If you are someone who wants to make money sooner, not eventually, not maybe this year, not in six months. I had mentioned previously that the average timeframe for my students to sign their first client is in about four to six weeks. But the part that's even better than that is that on average, it takes women 90 days to fully recoup their investment in this program. Because for a lot of women, it's their first month with their first client that they're already making back the amount they invested to get this system. So if you want to be making money sooner, this is the program you want to have in your back pocket. Another reason that you would want the Superstar Assistant Academy as your guiding light through this process is if you want clarity instead of guessing, if you're someone who just likes to be able to follow the order, right? If you like to follow the list and just do it, which is probably why you'd make a good virtual assistant in the first place, and you would like to be able to just go step by step in order instead of doing something and then like hoping maybe you're doing it right, having this proven path instead of piecing it all together and hoping it will work is like not your vibe and you don't want to waste months just spinning your wheels because in this instance, y'all, time is money. Truly, because if you think about it, if you go six months trying to do it on your own and you don't sign a client in that time period at all, or not until the fourth month or the fifth month, then we just lost all those months that income could have been coming in the door, versus making an investment in yourself, getting this system, having the roadmap laid out for you, and you sign a client in month two, and now you've added months three through six that there is money coming in the door. You have the skills that you need already. You do. I always say, and I will say it until I'm blue in the face, that coaching is a resource, not a requirement. You absolutely can figure this out without me. You absolutely can figure this out without the academy. But having this proven system, it makes it faster, clearer, a whole lot less overwhelming. And it helps to collapse that timeline of when you go from, okay, I'm doing this to like, oh my God, I just signed my first client. Oh my God, I just got paid for the first time. Because it removes all of the guesswork.

Another result that a lot of women get from this program, which is a byproduct of the main reason that they enroll, right? The main reason they enroll is to get the guidance to become a VA to make the money. But a really cool side effect of that, and I like just get so happy when I get messages like this from women, is that it has built their confidence in themselves because going through the program forces you to look at yourself and look at the skills and look at what you bring to the table. And can't believe I haven't mentioned this yet. We cover mindset pretty in-depth inside of the program. And the best part of all of this, right? The biggest reason why almost all of us are doing this is that we've made this money and we built this confidence in a way that has allowed us and given us more time with our kids. It has allowed us to be mom first and earn an income second. And that is something that is truly invaluable.
